Foundation Program in Hospitality Operations

Course Description

This program is designed to introduce learners who may not have achieved the minimum entry requirements to join our Culinary Arts and Hotel Management courses directly. The 13-week intensive program is facilitated at our campus, where students are fully engaged in theoretical learning with a touch of real-world Industry exposure through our Hotel and Restaurant Familiarization unit. Upon successful completion of the program, students may progress to a full-time program of their choice.
