BIHC hosts Nairobi Technical Training Institute for Benchmarking The Boma International Hospitality College was honored to host representatives from the NAIROBI TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE. Their visit to BIHC was to benchmark on various key operational areas, such as kitchen layouts, restaurant design and control systems in stores and procurement departments.
