Boma College bags gold in both Culinary Arts & Restaurant Service at WorldSkills Kenya National Competition Boma college bagged Gold in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Service at WorldSkills Kenya National Competition. Robert Maina and Victoria Watiri both beat over 7 institutions in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Service to win gold. The two will represent Kenya at the WorldSkills International Competition that will be held in Lyon, France from 10-15 September 2024. Boma College bags gold in both Culinary Arts & Restaurant Service at WorldSkills Kenya National Competition The National Skills Competition held from August 28 to 1st September was organized by World Skills Kenya, through TVETA in collaboration with Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other esteemed partners. The theme for the year was “Transforming the Future with the Power of Skills”. With competitions held at KSTVET, side competitions will be at BOMA International Hospitality College & Dedan Kimathi University. The aim was to ignite the passion for the 19 skills, inspire innovation, and empower the youth of Kenya to shape a brighter and more prosperous future.
